Migrate followers from old blog to new?

    Hi,
    I've begun a move from wordpress.com to using wordpress.org on http://www.scitnecessitas.com.

    My blog at energisers.wordpress.com has followers; I'm wondering how they can be transferred to the new blog? Is there an elegant way of doing this?

    The blog I need help with is energisers.wordpress.com.

    Please install the JetPack plugin and return to this thread to post that you have done that. Staff will be able to transfer your email subscribers for you. Those followers using the WordPress.com Reader cannot be transferred.

    Thanks timethief. I've now installed the Jetpack plugin and would be much obliged if staff could transfer my email subscribers.

    Goodie, almost there. Would it be possible to flag this for staff attention? Or should I wait patiently because it's the weekend?

    Same situation here. My old site is:
    mostlysunnybunny.wordpress.com
    New: mostlysunnyblog.com
    I already have Jetpack installed. Could someone please help me transfer my email subscribers?

    Greetings! I have the same question. Can someone help me transfer my email subscribers from powerofslow.wordpress.com to powerofslow.com? I'd much appreciate any assistance you can provide.

    Did you still need help with transferring subscribers? Just let us know and we'd be glad to help.

    Hi Kathryn! I actually do still need your help with that. I went from around 190 subscribers to about 32. Ouch.
