Migrate Subscribers from WordPress.com to WordPress.org

  1. Hello! Opening this to request support from the WordPress.com staff in migrating my subscribers from my current site (http://gooddaytaipei.wordpress.com/) to my new self-hosted WordPress.org site: (http://thethousandthgirl.com/).

    I have already enabled Jetback and have the subscriptions widget already in use on the site. Thanks!

    The blog I need help with is gooddaytaipei.wordpress.com.

  3. Thank you so much! Just wondering: how come the total subscriber count doesn't show on my JetPack Subscriptions Widget? It have 100+ followers, but on the widget, the number displays only 3 total subscribers.

  7. @theothersidereviews I was able to move your stats, but not to move subscribers because theothersidereviews.wordpress.com doesn't have any. You can see that at the bottom of tis page https://theothersidereviews.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=stats

    Thank you so much for the stats transfer - it really helped! :)
    I used a custom domain on the wordpress.com server, so my blog subscribers may be on that? Is it at all possible for you to look at that?

    @kardotim sorry to both you, but another happiness engineer has looked at this issue and moved my subscribers over. I'm so sorry to have bothered you, but thanks for the stats!! YOU ROCK!! :D
