Mimbo Pro

  1. Hey everyone, I am gonna get the Mimbo Pro theme this weekend as I will then have the time to work on it. I have a few questions though and was hoping some of you might be able to help?

    1. With this theme, is it possible to simply have all latest news in the centre?

In the demo there are various categories (http://mimboprodemo.wordpress.com/)?

    2. I have since staring my blog, always put a tiny image into each news post. They are NOT featured images but simply inserted in the post. Will they show up in a list of posts (I have found that some themes show these non-featured images in the post list and some don't. It would be a pain to go back 3000 entries and set them as 'featured')?

    3. Would it be possible to have a larger header?

    Thanks for taking the time!
    (My blog is http://thethirdbar.com/)

The blog I need help with is thethirdbarcom.wordpress.com.

  2. I *think* I found out the answer to #2.

I tried the theme on and it seems they show up even if they are not featured:

  3. Mimbo Pro is a premium theme. We Volunteers don't have access to premium themes for testing purposes so we don't know what features they have or do not have based on any experience using them. All we have is the theme description and the live demo site.
    http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/mimbopro/
    http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/mimbopro/

However, read-access to the premium themes forum is now open to all users so you can search to see if your question has been previously asked and answered there. The premium theme forums are at http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/ with separate sections for each theme.

If you are not successful when searching there note that after one purchases a premium theme there is a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum for the theme under Appearance -> Themes in their blog’s Dashboard, but do note that the premium theme must be active and they must be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it and post to it.

  4. Thank you!

  5. You're welcome.
