   would it be possible that the NEW and COOL Minileven mobile Theme become public for self-hosted WordPress Blogs in the near future?

   Thanks for your interest in Minileven. We don't have have plans to submit it to Extend right now but maybe in the near future.

   that answer makes me feel very sad, but you also say "maybe in the near" future. That let me hope for an relase to self-hosted Blogs.
