   The Links tab isn't showing up in my dashboard

   For some reason the "Links" menu isn't showing up in my dashboard. I need it to start a blogroll. This is the fourth blog I've made with WordPress, and I've never had this problem before.

   You must be logged-in under the same username account that registered the blog in question.

   The blog in question was created under the same username as all the others.

   I am missing the Polls tab. Perhaps something on WP.com's end?
