   I am not getting get all the menus on the left side of the WP-Screen. I am missing appearances (editors), plugins, settings and users. i only see dashboard,posts, media,links, pages and comments.

   What is wrong......

   Hello,
   Those are only found on WordPress.org installs. There is no FTP access to and we cannot install plugins on free hosted WordPress.com blogs like the one linked to your username. WordPress.com vs WordPress.org: The Differences

   There is no upgrade you can purchase form WordPress.com that will provide FTP access. the ability to upload plugins and themes, and to edit themes and templates. If that's what you need then you will have to hire a web host and set up your own WordPress.org install.
