I'm missing WP Admin Bar in wp-admin/index.php but not other parts of admin like my-sites.php. Obviously I want it back, I tried reinstalling but no dice.
This problem arose after I had a failed attempt at upgrading a plugin but then reverted the change.
Any ideas? If you need more info just let me know.
