I am trying to switch from Full Text to Summary display of blog posts in Misty Look. When I go to Settings > Reading, to line that says "For each article in a feed, show:", both the Full Text and Summary options show up, and would seem to be clickable, but they are not; nothing happens.
Can anyone coach me?

The blog I need help with is whatishappeningchicago.wordpress.com.
That only effects the RSS feed, not the posts in the blog itself.
Use the read more tag in your posts: http://support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/ .
