   I can't get new navigation tabs in MistyLook. Why. I tried the add menus, and the add pages route to no avail. Please help. what I want to be a tab always ends up as a post

   The blog I need help with is peturaburrows.wordpress.com.

   Pages are what show up in the top navigation, not posts. See this support document for the differences between pages and posts.
