   Can I set a different moderator (administrator) for each page???

   The blog I need help with is unelection2012.wordpress.com.

   No. Blogs aren't wikis and they aren't message boards or forums either. See here http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/ and note that only one Admin per blog is what is recommended.
