   Modern Mrs. Cleaver came about years ago…one of those times in life where you’re sitting around and the imaginary light bulb comes on. I found myself thinking of all the unfortunate wisdom and tradition from the past that is falling to the wayside to be forgotten. Things that I believe society has come to either take for granted or just simply not value.

   Times have changed…believe me I understand completely. However, I aim to bring it all back! I laugh as I contemplate what I, one person, might be able to achieve in doing this. My goal is to reinvent and pass along recipes that are cost effective (lets face it times aren’t cheap)…and yet delicious and fun to make. I hope to bestow humor by the retelling of my day-to-day life as a housewife and mother. (If ya can’t laugh as a housewife ya got a serious problem)!

   The blog I need help with is modernmrscleaver.com.

   I think you're off to a good start! My main suggestion is to include pictures of whatever you're making in the blog post. People love pictures of food and they are much more inspired to try a recipe if they can visualize what it will look like.

   Thanks! I have pictures on just about every post though :o) You have to click on the actual post to read the whole post and see the pics. Most of my posts are lengthy so having the whole post visible is not advantageous. Most recipe posts have step by step pics to go with the recipe, as well as a final product pic.

   I agree though, people DO want to see the food before they make it.
