Modifying "grad" element in Contempt theme using Custom CSS

  1. How do I eliminate the "grad" DIV element in this theme?
    (You can see an example of this here: http://madcitytechsupport.wordpress.com/servicesoffered/) It is the blueish-gray box below the blog navigation links and above the page description header. (It's real easy to see with the CSS Viewer extension in Firefox.)

    I have the Custom CSS option and have heavily modified the theme to my liking but I cannot get rid of this one element.

    HELP!

    The blog I need help with is madcitytechsupport.wordpress.com.

  2. Try adding

    #grad {
    display:none;
    }

    to your CSS.

  3. Hallelujah . . . or Namaste as you may prefer.

    That worked!

    Thank you very, very much.

  4. You're very welcome.
