I have the Modularity Lite theme. I want to upload a picture as a header. Part of that picture is transparent, but when that picture becomes a header, every transparent part becomes white. Why?

You must upload an image of the exact size you need without cropping it after uploading to preserve transparency.

That is, the exact size the theme needs (950 x 200 pixels).
