More... jumps to wrong place on full post

  1. I have started using the "more" or "Continue reading" function. However, when I click on the link, it takes me to a point on the full post that is lower on the page than it is supposed to be. I would like to be taken to the top of the page so that the featured photo will be seen. If that's not possible, shouldn't it at least go to the point where the "more" is embedded, without the reader needing to scroll?

    Thanks for your help.

The blog I need help with is tritetales.com.

  2. Don't use it in the middle of paragraphs. Make a new blank paragraph below a paragraph and insert it there.

  3. Thanks for the quick response. I have now fixed them all so they go to the correct point. I found it a bit tricky to get the paragraph position right until I used the HTML view to insert "more" exactly in the blank line.

Is there any way to make it jump to the top of the post? Otherwise the reader might miss the featured photo.

  4. Short of inserting the more tag before everything in the post, no.
