Can I point more than one domain name (.com) to my blog? I already did healthyjewishcooking.com. I also own healthyjewishfood.com and some others. Is that possible?

Yes you can map two top level domains TLD to the same blog, if the TLD is mapped to WordPress.com already by using the nameserver, the DNS is handled automatically when you add the subdomain. But you will have to pay for another domain mapping upgrade.
