mouse over the thumbnail image works in Firefox only

    I've been testing out how my blog posts appear in other browsers just to discover that when I mouse over the thumbnail image in IE and Opera (latest versions), the mouseover doesn't work. When visiting other WordPress blogs in IE and Opera, the mouseover doesn't work either. Any idea why this is happening?
