I requested the cancellation of my domain name sdbmanagementtool.com from suresupport.com and it has been cancelled yesterday. My goal was to switch the domain name registration to wordpress.com. However, I am not able to complete the new registration with wordpress.com because the system continues to read it as already registered with another host company when in fact it's been cancelled.

Hi there, unfortunately we aren't currently able to accept incoming domain transfers. You'll still need to use a third-party domain registrar in order to map it to your WordPress.com site - sorry about that.
