I would like to transfer my domain name to another registrar. I have been thru your support docs 10x and still can't figure it out. It's obviously intentionally made difficult. Can you please assist?

Once I go to the "store" and then "domains" there is no choice to "administer my domains" - no next step is offered
Go to https://cadenblogger.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains
and click on the ("What would you like to do") dropdown menu at the bottom of that page. Select 'Transfer ownership to another registrar' from the list.
