Move email subscribers from WordPress.com to self hosted site

    Hi,
    I am hoping to get my email subscribed followers moved from http://www.simplymrsedwards.wordpress.com to http://www.simplymrsedwards.com. I've seen that it's possible based on previous threads, but I cannot figure out how to do it on my own. Can anyone help?
