move followers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org site

  1. - I have activated JetPack
    - I have very few email subscribers but would still like them moved please
    - It looks like I can't move my Word Press followers? Please confirm.

    Thank you.

The blog I need help with is laughingmom.com.

  2. As you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and posted the relevant URL(s) into this thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. I tagged this thread for their attention. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  3. The subscribers (both e-mail and WordPress.com) have been moved as requested.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance!

  4. Thank you! I was just about to login to give me respective addresses. I assume you found them by my email / URL.

Do you ,IMF telling me where I go in my new WP.org admin screen to view my followers / numbers?

  5. Sorry, IMF = mind

  6. I can see my email followers in site stars, but not my WordPress blog followers

  7. It seems something went wrong. I've just initiated the transfer again. Let me know if you see them now.

Otherwise please try clearing out your browser cache.

    Thank you.

  8. Sorry, for the late follow up. I was away. Nope, none of my followers show up. I am selecting jet pack - site stats - subscriptions. I know I only have about 40 followers, by I worked hard for them.

  9. It seems Jetpack isn't properly connected to your site and that's why the subscribers didn't transfer.

Can you please use Jetpack's Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard. 2) Click on "Help" tab in the upper right side of the page and click the link for "Jetpack Debugging Center." 3) Click the link that says "click here to contact Jetpack support." 4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address. 5) Click the "Contact Support" button.

    Thanks!

  10. Thank you. I tried. I completed steps 1-3. At step 3 when I select" click here to contact Jetpack support", nothing happens. I tried opening the link in a new tab, a new window, in IE and in Firefox. Nothing happens - no form. I went to the JetPack help [age (http://jetpack.me/support/) but there does not seem a form I can fill out here either.

If it helps. JetPack initial page says I am "connected to WordPress.com" and I am "linked to WordPress.com".

    Next ;) ?

  11. Filling in your site address at http://jetpack.me/support/debug/ shows a debug of the connection with Jetpack.

It's possible that other plugins on your sites are causing Jetpack to break. Could you please try to disable the other plugins and reconnect Jetpack?

    Looking forward to your reply.

  12. Sadly, I have no other plugins...but I just ran the Jetpack update AND IT NOW WORKS. So happy. Thank you for all your help.

  13. I'm glad it works now. Please let us know if you need any further assistance!
