Is there a way to move my followers from my wordpress.com blog to a self-hosted one?
My previous one is http://www.puhutkoenglantia.wordpress.com
and my new one is http://www.puhutkoenglantia.com
I have Jetpack installed as I read something about a possibility through that.
The blog I need help with is puhutkoenglantia.wordpress.com.
