Move posts in Portfolio theme

  1. I can' move the position of my posts on my 'Home' page in the Portfolio theme anymore.
    My website is http://www.loeding.nl

The blog I need help with is loeding.nl.

  2. You can show selected post(s) at the top of your front page by using the "sticky" post status.

Please visit this support page to find out how:

  3. Thanks for your answer but that is not what I mean. I used to be able to move all posts.
When I open the 'Dashboard', then click on 'posts' and then 'all posts' I used to be able to click on any of those posts and move them up and down in the list.
After moving them in 'all posts' the position in the 'Home' page hadalso changed.
But this doesn't seem to work anymore.
    Thanks again!

  4. I used to be able to move all posts. When I open the 'Dashboard', then click on 'posts' and then 'all posts' I used to be able to click on any of those posts and move them up and down in the list.

Are you sure this was on WordPress.com? because the feature you describe is something we have never supported. It is possible to sort posts on date or title from the 'All posts' page, but this doesn't affect the blog's front page.

By default, WordPress.com blogs display posts in reverse chronological order on the home page with the latest post at the top.

  5. Ahh I see what you mean now. You need to be on the 'Home' (portfolio) page where you can order the posts in the box on the right hand side of https://franziskaloeding.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=915&action=edit

Please let us know if you need any further assistance!

  6. Yeah, That´s what it was!!! :D
Thank you so much, I obviously just forgot how to do it, sorry... and thank you again!

  7. Cheers! Have a great day. Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
