I've been reading support threads about how to move Subscribers to my new WordPress.org Self-Hosted JetPack Plugin. Each thread says that the WordPress team will do so? If that's the case can an admin please move subscribers to: http://www.typological.org/site/
If not can you inform me of how to do so on my own?

It's not possible to move followers to platforms other than WordPress.
