Moved to domain, how to transfer subscribers?

    I recently opened a blog on WP.com but after using it for a couple weeks discovered that it wasn't able to do some things I wanted it to be able to do...so I decided to move to my own domain. I managed to transfer everything over and set up site redirect, but I don't want to lose all of my email and RSS subscribers...how can I transfer them over to my new domain?

    Sorry, I forgot to say that the blog I had here on WP.com that I used site redirect on is http://coffeebeansbookshelf.wordpress.com
