I'd like to move the link for comments from the top of the blog to the end of the entry. The way Vigilance is set up for me, the link is at the top, forcing the reader to go back up to the top and click the link, rather than more organically just posting a comment when they're done reading. Is there any way to easily change the location of the link?

If you are considering purchasing the CSS editing upgrade, you can go to Appearance > Edit CSS. There wordpress has provided a preview function where you can try before you buy. That way you will know if what you want to do can be done by CSS editing or not.

Thank you, but I wasn't considering purchasing anything since I'm not that versed in html.
Could anyone recommend a theme similar to Vigilance that offers this feature?

Try the 2010 Theme. I believe the comments are linked at the bottom and the theme looks a lot like Vigilance... Just sleeker!
