Moving email subscriptions from .com to .org

    Hey guys,
    hoping that you can please help me to move my email subscribers from my existing http://conciergemel.wordpress.com/ blog to my self hosted blog at http://jamesridenour.com/

    I've installed Jetpack and connected it with my WordPress.com account.
