I currently have a site on wordpress.com and am in need of an overhaul. I want to make my blog have more of a professional website feel and look. I have been thinking about hosting my own site and going to wordpress.org. My site is heavy with video though and I am afraid that what seems to be a fairly painless procedure now could turn into a hot mess when I decide to make the switch. Video Press is so easy to use, I hate to lose it's assistance.
Anyone have any comments, ideas or suggestions on this matter. As it is now, I can use VideoPress to help import a video file up to 1GB. Will I lose this functionality when going to wordpress.org?
