Moving menu and content closer to header

    Hello!
    I am trying to move the menu and content closer to the header. I have tried changing the code but I cant get it to work. I am new with this; any help would be greatly appreciated!

    The blog I need help with is elephantslimbo.wordpress.com.

	padding-bottom: 0;
}
