   In the case that i want to move my blog to a different paid host but still use wordpress (wordpress.org instead of .com) how would i go about doing that?

   This is a good place to start. Most of the information would be on their forums and there are quite a few posts. I would check out this search as well in the wordpress.org forums! Good luck!
