Moving to wordpress.org but haven't reached $100 yet

    I am receiving more requests for advertising and paid promotional opportunities and have decided to switch to self-hosted WordPress to accommodate them. However I haven't reached $100 for WordAds yet. Would I receive the balance in my account when I move to self-hosted WordPress if I haven't reached $100?

    The blog I need help with is indiapiedaterre.com.

    This thread if flagged for WordAds Staff to answer but it's the weekend so I don't know if you will receive an answer prior to Monday or not.
