   I'm so sorry, this question will probably make all the tech-savvy people just roll their eyes. There is no much information on this topic but I'm still "stuck"!

   I purchased hosting space through Bluehost and wanted to use their one-click install for WordPress.org. I installed that, but when I try to log in as an admin to Import my WordPress.com blog, it just logs me into my WordPress.com account...So I basically have no way to access WordPress.org.

   I think this is something I need to configure on WordPress.com, but am not sure what or how.

   I own my domain through GoDaddy.com, not Worpdress.com if that information is helpful.

   Can anyone help me with next steps so I can access WordPress.org and Import my blog? (Or perhaps I need to do something else at this point?) Thank you so much for your help, it is much appreciated.

   The blog I need help with is midwesternbelle.com.

   You have to create an identity at WordPress.org. It's totally separate from your login at WordPress.com, although some people use the same username and password.

   There is nothing whatsoever to configure here. Your blog here is not connected to your external blog at all. Go to your dashboard->tools and click Export and export all your contents and comments, then sign into your Bluehost space and go to the dashboard and click Import. That should be all you need to do.
