Moving users from WordPress.com site to sefl-hosted WordPress.com site

    I moved to a self-hosted site and have had trouble moving over the users who were signed up to receive new post notifications via email. I tried the Follow and Subscribe2 plugins but am having issues with people not receiving the emails, etc.

    I saw another support forum post about this topic where you suggested they install Jetpack and then you could move their users over for them:

    I have installed Jetpack on my url and activated it. I would appreciate it if my users could be moved over also so that I could start using the plugin.

    The blog I need help with is shiftphiladelphia.com.

    Please verify which blogs you are moving subscribers from and to.

    actually I think the wordpress.com url was shiftphiladelphiadotcom.wordpress.com the current url is shiftphiladelphia.com

    Would i be able to get help with this as well? I would like to move all my wordpress.com followers over to wordpress.org blog

    Yes. You guys moved my blog over. I paid for the service for my blog to be moved but my subscribers and wordpress.com subscribers werent moved

    Where can i find them though? My number of subbies hasn't changed. Also, how do i export the list? I have attached a link to the area i am referring too just so we are on the same page

    gelizzy88, they're listed via the Blog link right where your circle is. The list cannot be exported.

    Would you be able to do the same for me? I'd really appreciate it. I've also installed the plugin but my subscribers have not migrated.
    it's http://www.barbarajoybeatus.com (both sites) but one was wordpress and the new one is a self-hosted site.

    wow that was so fast and amazing! thanks so much macmanx! I have one other question- i can't seem to find all my links that were saved from my wordpress.com to my self-hosted site. Is it possible to move them over as well?

    it is blank

    also i can't seem to use my old gravatar and the new user won't let me add my photo.. any ideas about this?

    You cannot do this. Staff can do this and now you have activated the JetPack plyiging I'll flag this thread for their attention.

    I've gone ahead and migrated your subscriptions from fairyhealthylife.wordpress.com to the Jetpack-enabled site at fairyhealthylife.com
