Moving WordPress.com Email Subscriptions

    Hi there,

    I'm now self-hosting my blog via wordpress.org and would like my email subscribers switched over as well. I have already installed Jetpack on the new blog.

    I would like the subscription moved from http://inthewabe.wordpress.com to http://alyssabyoung.com/blog/

    Thank you!
