I am trying to upload an audio file and keep getting the following message: "...has failed to upload due to an error The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini." The file size is 3407 KB, and I have purchase the upgrade. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Nope, nowhere near close to using up space. I don't know what the problem was, but I contacted WordPress support and they loaded the file for me and now it's all good.
