multilanguage pluging

I need a multilanguage blog in girocan.wordpress.net (we own girocan.net) and r2residuos.wordpress.com (we also have r2residuos.com) in both cases I would need tho have at least two or three languages, (spanish, catalan and french). I learn i should use a pluging but i can not find it.

We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. That’s a feature of the self-hosted blogs using an installed version of WordPress:
