Multiple Blogs on One Site

  1. Can I have each page of my site set up as a separate blog?

  2. No. There is only one page that we can post to in any blog and we cannot prevent any posts we publish from appearing on that one page. By default it's the front page of the blog that all posts appear on.

We organize posts by assigning Categories to them and when we publish the software automatically displays the posts on dynamic Categories pages. We create a custom menu and add the Categories pages to it as menu items. Then when we publish a post the Categories pages automatically update.

    Here’s a link to a custom menu walk-through > http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2011/08/11/wordpress-com-custom-menu-walk-through/

There are many common errors, misunderstanding and misconceptions when creating custom menus and you can read about them here > http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2011/12/19/custom-menus/

  3. No, that isn't how WordPress.com works. You can however use a Custom Menu to link your page tabs to different categories, so all recipes, for eg, are under one tab, and all politics posts under another.
