multiple pages in single blog

  1. Hi all, i am new to this blogging. i am planning to upgrade my blog with own domain. What i need is, I want a site/blog that allows me with multiple pages, like technology, reviews, photography and some writings. Please help me can i maintain all these pages in single blog site? I don't want all these under one roof and people searching for them.

The blog I need help with is urskruz.wordpress.com.

  2. Have your read this support document? http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

  3. By default the front page of the blog is the post that displays all posts in your blog. Though there is only one dynamic page in a blog for posts (not pages) http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/ and we cannot post to more than that one page, we can create the appearance that we have posted to more than one page.

You can create a custom menu and add the dynamic categories pages into it. Then every post you assign the categories to will appear under the relevant category page after the post is published.

There are many common errors, misunderstandings and misconceptions when creating custom menus and there are some tweaks you can use to improve your custom menu as well.

  4. Is that same even if we own the blog?

  5. Yes. All blogs here are provided and hosted free of charge. Either or not we have a domain mapping upgrade is irrelevant. What I posted above applies to all of our blogs.

  6. EDIT: Either or not was meant to be Whether or not
