Is there a way so that only one email can be sent per day, for multiple post from my subscribers? For example, if I posted three different articles throughout the day, I don't want three different emails going out - just one. An insight would help. Thanks!

No there isn't. However ,your followers can select how often they wish to receive the email updates.

Note the "Get new posts by email" dropdowns for each blog.
