multiple slideshows per page/post?

  1. After browsing the online docs it seems that I can have multiple galleries per page or post, but not multiple, discrete slide shows e.g there are no options to assign slides to a particular show. the obvious workaround is simply to have multiple subordinate pages (as in Current Projects in the above blog) but I'm just looking for confirmation that I haven't missed something.

    thanx in advance!

    The blog I need help with is englishautousa.wordpress.com.

  2. The WP slideshow displays all the images uploaded to the post. For multiple slideshows displaying different images each, you need 3rd-party slideshows. See here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/slideshows/ and click the Related Links
    * RockYou Slideshows
    * Slide Slideshows
    * SlideShare Slideshows

  3. The WP slideshow on a page displays all the images that have been uploaded from your computer via the Add Media button of that page, and has no exclude/include options like the gallery does.

    For multiple slideshows on a page you need 3rd-party slideshows. See here:
