With reference to categories, is this post correct: http://wpguy.com/articles/multiple-tag-category-queries/
I would like to display multiple categories using the following URL:
http://www.skyrocketonlinemarketing.com/category/settings,online-marketing
However, I get a 404.

You are in the wrong forum. This forum are for those hosted on the wordpress.COM free hosting service and you are self-hosted. You need to head over to http://wordpress.ORG/support/ as that is where self-hosted blogs are supported.
