My Account Is Locked, Where is the Customer Service?

  1. "Find the section titled Domain Administration again, choose Transfer ownership to another registrar from the menu below it again, you’ll need to click the Next button again as well.

    Now, click on Manage Your Domains link. You will be taken to a new login screen. Enter the customer number and password you just chose to log in to the domain manager."

    When I get to the login screen and enter my customer number and new password, it says that "This account is locked. Please contact Customer Service."

    So I can't reach to my domain manager. This is hard to take, you know.

    So I sent a mail to 'secureserver.net' and they said that my domain is sold by automattic trough wordpress. That means I should contact to wordpress.

  2. eksisinema.com - was created a few days ago - I think there is a 60 day anti fraud internet rule against transfers after a domain name is registered

    You have your name servers pointed to Dream Host so you can use the domain name at Dream Host without transferring the domain name

  3. The thing is I don't want to transfer my domain name.

    I want to transfer my hosting to GoDaddy and I need to login to my domain manager.

    You don't want to transfer the domain - it is another setting

  6. I tried all of the stuff, which is written here.

    The problem is standing on the the sixth step: "Login with your Customer Number and password. If it’s your first time logging in, you will be prompted to create a PIN number.
    You should now be logged in and see a list of your domains."

    I can't login 'cause it says "Your account is locked. Please contact our Customer Service"
