Go to comments in your dashboard and see if they are being held in moderation.
Also check your settings under settings > discussion. Do you have it set to hold first time comments in moderation?
I had one which appeared in my list of comments in the dashboard. I tried clicking "unapprove" and then "approve" and it still didn't show. My settings are very liberal and any comment should show according to the settings. This is a new problem and has nothing to do with my having changed any settings. It's never happened before.
You will have to contact staff then at http://support.wordpress.com/contact/ .
I'm having the same problem out of nowhere. Blog has worked for a long time. 2009 comments are not showing now.
We need a link to the blog, and we also need a link to a post where this is happening.
Hi, comments are you being shown here, http://junjeesj.wordpress.com/ang-passionista/
but not in http://www.jun-g.com/ang-passionista/
Any idea guys?
I have a similar problem. This blog: http://www.herbalmedicinefromyourgarden.com/ has comments, they have been approved, they are listed at the bottom of the relevant post as "1 comment" but when you click on it, you don't see the comment, you just get the thing for adding a comment. I freely admit to having modded the layout pretty extensively, but what have i removed by accident?
Afraid you're in the wrong forum and need to be over at WordPress.ORG. Our system here is slightly different and we won't be able to help you.
ok, thanks.
Askimet says <blockqoute>Akismet has protected your site from 1 spam comment already, but there's nothing in your spam queue at the moment.</blockqoute>
how do I see the comment? Askimet is supposed to hold it in the queue for 15 days, and my blog's 14 days old
