   Hi there,

   My domain (http://galacticow.com) has expired and when I'm trying to renew it, there is no way to do it.

   The next message appears:

   "One or more of your domain subscriptions has expired. You can renew your domain subscriptions by clicking the "Renew" button in My Upgrades. If your domain registration has expired and you can't see the "Renew" button in My Upgrades, you should contact support immediately."

   So that's what I'm doing, I'm "contacting support immediately".

   I hope it will be fixed as soon as possible.

   Only the user who owns the domain can renew it, so you'll need to be logged in as that user.

   I'm the admin of that blog, shared with 3 other admins. I supposed that I was also the owner of that blog.

   Do you mean that only the wp user that purchased that domain can renew it?

   Who registered the blog ie. which username account registered the blog? That username account owns the blog and is the Admin of the blog and purchased the upgrade.

   Ok, now I think I get it. I've contacted with the person who purchased that domain and we'll try it tomorrow.

   If it's solved tomorrow I will report it here, and then I will close that topic as fixed.

   A different user purchased the domain, and only that user can renew it.

   New stuff.

   I've talked with the user who purchased that domain and he says that the option "renew domain" exists in his account, so I think we can set this topic as solved. It was just as you said.
