Did you purchase a custom domain name? I don't see any purchase records for your username 'berylwindham60'.

I have not purchased anything...I thought by using http://theconservativewoman.wodpress.com...........it would be free..it does not underline when giving to friends and family so they can get to the blog.

http://theconservativewoman.wordpress.com/ works perfectly fine.
There is a "Not Found" error on on the front page, but that's just because you haven't added any posts or assigned a static front page yet.
