   I like your header and background image. Can I suggest that you need update your 'About' page. I always look at that section first before reading your posts.

   I would also like to point out that adding a minimum number of relevant categories and tags to your posts will also be helpful to those using search engines who are looking for content like yours. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories-vs-tags/
