My name already exsists at a .com but I own the .ca version... but wordpress wouldn't let me take my name... instead od oliveweddings i did olive wedding (no s) so when I link my domain name to this blog will the link still be oliveweddings.ca???? I'm confused!! and lost! before i actually pay 100 bucks I need to know if my website name will be the same! can anyone help>???

You can use any domain name on WordPress.com, regardless of your .wordpress.com URL. Even though oliveweddings.wordpress.com, you're free to use oliveweddings.ca with your blog.
You will have no trouble mapping oliveweddings.ca to olivewedding.wordpress.com. This mapping will be entirely transparent to your users--they'll only see oliveweddings.ca.
