My Review Plugin site Broken!

  1. I recently purchased My Review Plugin. Their support seems to be broken. The ticket system links to a blank page, and they are not available through the AIM instant messenger support.

    I also tried to recover my license. The site said it successfully sent me an email, but no email was received. Does anyone know about these problems or when they will be solved?

  2. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install any plugins. You are posting to the wrong support forum. A WordPress>ORG software install is not a free hosted WordPress.COM blog. We provide support for here at WordPress.COM only for free hosted WordPress>COM blogs.

    If you don't have a username account at WordPress.org click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.org bloggers.

  5. erikvdw2013. The programmer for "my review plugin" has been awol for many months. There is no support, bug fixes or new versions coming.

    I recommend you get your money back. You will have to go through your payment gateway though as any attempt at contacting him fail and any contact to his payment provider just result in copies of emails they send to him.

    I used PayPal so the refund was easy but long winded.

    If you do a search you can find lots of people in the same situation.
