As this support forum is only for free hosted WordPress.com blogs. If you have hired a web host and set up a WordPress.org install the support forum for you is here http://wordpress.org.support/ Please read this and be sure you are posting to the correct support forum http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
The link provide is not correct....how on earth is this happening where I cannot reach someone immediately and fix this problem????? I click on the link you provided: http://wordpress.org.support/ and it does not exist.....PLEASE HELP ME.....THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR MY BUSINESS.
Your account is 30 minutes old - the blog linked to your name is empty. We need the URL of the blog in question to provide you with accurate help - you are probably in the wrong forum but please post the URL so we can confirm where you need to get help at.
If you site has been hacked then you ought to be contacting your web host and changing your password.
My site is: http://www.cl3agency.com and I have tried to change my password and it says they do not even have my email address in the system. WordPress IS my web host and I cannot change my password because wordpress says it doesn't exist or they do not have that on file so the hacker changed everything.
You have a WordPress.ORG software install for your site - your name servers are pointing to superdnssite.com - not WordPress.COM. I also looked at your log-in page and it is a page for a WordPress.ORG install.
You need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG for help - see above for the link.
PS - I looked at several pages using Google Cache and other resources - you are in the wrong forum -
