Per the guide at http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/ they need to be:

NS2.WORDPRESS.COM

No Luck! Tried changing it to the name servers above and nothing! I host with Yahoo.
I don't understand how this happened. Any other suggestions? Thank you. -
If you actually host at Yahoo instead of WordPress.com, then you are in the wrong place and need to seek help from Yahoo.

I found a Google cache of the URL they ask about that indicated a WordPress.COM hosted site - but I looked at some other stuff and some errors kicked back on "A" record.
Have you changed Anything with your Registrar recently? (email etc) Did you have Domain Mapping to a blog here?

Coming up fine for me now. I even see the contest announcement. And that is NOT hosted at Yahoo; it's a WordPress.com blog. Yahoo has nothing to do with it.
