   Hello, I have my own site hosted here - http://www.fstopz.net
   I transferred my account to a new domain provider and now I cannot log in or alter or view my we page. I am very lost and in need of some help of possible. Is there anyway I can access my site? Or a backp? I have also purchased plugins/themes, use SPLASH to run my website. How can I get these back, also blogs..comments etc?

   My old provider will not allow me to access FTP since I parked the account. My new domain provider can help if I can get FTP. I have tried using FileZilla but it won't allow me to access my site

   I am a very unknowledgable about this stuff.. Please any help at all would be amazing!!

   That site is self-hosted and you need to head over to the WordPress.org forums as that is where the software you are using is supported.

   These forums are for those hosted here on the wordpress.COM hosting service and things here work differently.
